Tech group CEO sounds off on government surveillance The recent revelation that the federal government obtained phone records of millions of Americans as part of a broad terrorism investigation "highlights a dangerous inflection point in our country's history," Computer & Communications Industry Association CEO Ed Black said in a recent statement.
